The X-Drummer. Why He Left?




Well I'm sure many of you will know who Scott Raynor is, but for those newbies out there here's a little more info... Scott Raynor performed for blink182 as the drummer for Flyswatter, Buddha, Cheshire Cat and Dude Ranch. Scott left the band after the release of Dude Ranch in 1997 to go back to college and gain his degrees. Scott left because the tension grew between blink and Scott could not handle it. He would dissappear before and after the shows. When blink were doing a mini tour with the aquabats Scott told the band that he would only do the last show. Blink had no drummer and asked Travis from the aquabats to fill in. It only took Travis 45mins to learn the music. Scott them finally decided to leave the band and blink asked Travis to join and Travis accepted.
